isol: transmission02 charts the binary oscillations of New Zealandšs electronic underground. In a shimmering haze of slowly evolving tones, transfigured digital patterns, and oceanic low-end vibrations, the programme calibrates angles of auditory intersection and deflection. isol: transmission02 fabricates an architecture of inextricable moments, where glistening shards of digital noise refract into waves of mesmerising static. Clouds of distortion are interspersed with with radiant tracts of melody, and flows of white noise are broken up by needles of sonic clarity. The transmission features a new work, Presence by Rosy Parlane, as well as fragments from his most recent release, Getxo. The programme also includes aural extracts from Parlanešs label Sigma Editions, plus other musical experiments from New Zealand.
